Your private password (secret key) is extremely important.
A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 1000 characters is required, using any keyboard character, either upper or lower case, or a combination of both. Your private password is case sensitive and must be repeated exactly for both encrypt/decrypt functions.
Your private password is your responsibility, and must be respected and protected. A hard copy should be kept privately, as any text encrypted, cannot be retrieved without it, and will be unrecoverable.
|
Start Secure Message. Type a message into Secure Message or paste from Clipboard "Edit > Paste". Enter a private password 3 to 1000 characters into password box.
Set security (encryption) strength:
Nominal 480bit - free to use
Low 984bit - requires purchase of Unlock Information
Medium 2072bit - "
High 4056bit - "
Extreme 8000bit - "
Select "Edit > Encrypt" option. Your message is encrypted.
Blaiz Enterprises´ proprietary TBT-2 large key encryption engine which powers the strong, random, plain text encoder, encrypts messages in a 1:2 size ratio (with the exception of very small messages). First 122 characters are code instructions and are static for each encryption.
|
Follow steps above "Encrypting your Message". Copy entire encrypted message to Clipboard "Edit > Copy All". Using favourite email program, etc, paste in encrypted message and send.
Note: Recipient/s require their own copy of Secure Message and your private password to read received encrypted message/s - free (unlicensed) copies of Secure Message can decrypt and read messages encrypted with high level of security (8000bit, Extreme). Your private password should be arranged separately.
|
From your email program etc, copy encrypted message to Clipboard
Note: Encrypted messages start with
"### BEGIN SECURE MESSAGE v1.0 ###" and end with
"### END SECURE MESSAGE ###"
Start Secure Message. Paste encrypted message from Clipboard "Edit > Paste". Type required password into password box. Select "Edit > Decrypt" to decrypt and reveal message - see example encrypted message below. An incorrect password displays error message "Access Denied".
Sample Encrypted Message:
Copy and paste text below including "### BEGIN SECURE MESSAGE v1.0 ###"
through to "### END SECURE MESSAGE ###" into Secure Message. Use "aaa"
as the private password. Select "Edit > Decrypt" to reveal message.
### BEGIN SECURE MESSAGE v1.0 ###

Private Password - Variable 3 to 1000 character password - not predictable
No characters are ignored to eliminate collisions and promote randomness - (many algorithms quietly and automatically omit common characters e.g. "a")
Algorithms begin concentration at password level - prime source of most attack
Selectable password entry length promotes further strength, security and enables personalised ratioing of password size to pure text block size - e.g. long password for long file, medium password for medium file, short password for short file
No padding - Cryptographic Core TBT-2 Large Key Encryption Engine utilises large private key, extremely strong, cycling random key and cycling data mix algorithms with additions, multiplications, data rotations with functions f and g. Example at 480bit key stage - 360 multiplications, 600 additions and 120 rounds. No Xor´s or S-boxes are used - predictable weaknesses. 32bit check code for data integrity/key check
Anonymous - no time/date stamp and no internal information of encrypted file. Examples of Algorithmic strength (using extreme weakness passwords):
Extreme weakness 3 character "aaa" password yields recurrence factor level of 1,315,600 keys before repeat
Extreme weakness 3 character password apart from "aaa" yields recurrence factor level of 10,506,313 keys before repeat
The above two extreme weakness password examples show that key/algorithm mixes are extremely strong, and, that 4 to 1000 character passwords yield strengths far beyond computation/time frames.

Running program in portable mode will execute as computer independent - no installation, no Start button placement, with all files retained / work processed, on source storage device.
Portable mode must be manually engaged:
1. Copy an instance of program (EXE file) to target storage device (usb stick, usb disk etc)
2. Rename EXE file to include a trailing "~" symbol i.e. "program name~.exe"
3. Run program. All support files, settings and associated files are now stored in common folder "Blaiz Enterprises", directly alongside program EXE.
To disable portable mode remove "~" from EXE file name.
|
Cloning a program allows for multiple unique copies to be run and maintained at once.
Cloning a program must be manually engaged:
1. Create a second copy of program (EXE file) with a new name and ending with "_.exe"
Example: "Business_.exe"
2. Run program. All support files, settings and associated files are now stored with new name in parallel with all other instances.
Shared folder "Start > Programs > Blaiz Enterprises > System > Critical > Settings" will now contain files:
a) Business_.ini - settings
b) Business_.dat - additional settings

Encryption strengths of "Low 984bit, Medium 2072bit, High 4056bit, Extreme 8000bit" requires purchase of Unlock Information to license and unlock Secure Message and enable these higher levels.
To buy Secure Message visit our Online Order Form - http://www.blaiz.net/smessage.htm#buy . Your Order will be processed within 1-24 hours, and your receipt and personalised Unlock Information will be emailed direct to you. It is not necessary to download another copy of Secure Message for unlocking purposes.
To License Secure Message:
Run Secure Message
Highlight and copy your Unlock Information (encrypted text block) from "START ... FINISH" to Windows clipboard
From Secure Message, select "File > Unlock" - a "Secure Message - License Agreement" window will display automatically inserting your Unlock Information into bottom most text box labled "Unlock Information"
Click "I Agree" button - a "Successfully Licensed" dialog will display, click "OK" button. Secure Message is now licensed with all encryption strengths enabled.
Note: Licenses are not locked to a specific computer, allowing for portable programs, as well as hassle free complete backup and recovery, without the need to relicense. License information is stored under 'Blaiz Enterprises > System > Critical > Licenses' folder.
